What age does my dog need to be?

Dogs of any age can train and learn! We require puppies to be at least 8 weeks old, and we have no upper age limit on our classes. We do recommend that mature dogs have a vet health check before attending classes.

Does my dog need to be vaccinated?

Yes. All dogs must be vaccinated to attend out classes. Puppies can attend once they have had their first vaccine. While they are not fully immune until two weeks after their 3rd vaccine, their prime socialisation period is 3-16 weeks of age, and you should be starting their training and socialisation as early as possible.

To maximise on this prime socialisation period, we train on a safe surface which we disinfect before class.

Adult dogs must have a valid C5 vaccine to attend.

Where are you located?

We train indoors at the Long Gully Recreation Reserve on Cunneen St.

What happens if I miss a class?

Please give us the courtesy of letting us know at least 24 hours prior if you will not make a class. We can then help you to join another class to catch up.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes we certainly do. When you go to book in, you can choose the pay upfront, or the payment plan option.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our business, we do not provide refunds.
